When I started biking I vowed I'd never end up wearing a cycling jersey.

But I would consider making an exception for this

I've always found cycling gear a bit odd. With the exception of actual races*, cyclists are out there primarily for the workout. Why then do they insist on the most aerodynamic clothes and lightest bikes? It seems counter productive. Wear some nice baggy cloths and ride a vintage Schwinn 3-speed. That will give you a work out.



* commuters might also fall under this exception.

good biking incentive. I'm sure the dogs would be chasing you if you wore that.
