We have absolutely no snow and the boys are mad! We're stuck in this strange warm pocket, so while it's snowing all around us there is no snow love for us. Stay warm and safe and enjoy it for us!

Two buddies of mine just sent us this "green" ecard for Christmas. I'm coercing them to join LOT.

Men are funny.

Especially when they don't usually drink anything but beer and then decide they really should check out that bottle of Cognac that's been sitting there for a few years. Have a glass full (a small drinking glass but still) and then have anohter - even after their wife (me) warns them, rolls her eyes and goes on to say "you're really going to be sorry". When the husband replies that "it's the season" it still doesn't prevent late night barfing (in the sink! ew!) and hangover in the morning.

I told you so.

He says - every few years you have to drink to excess just to remind yourself why it's such a bad idea.
