I lie awake worrying that I might be a hypochondriac.

After reading Swanie's tweets about sleeping with the lions last night I had a very bizarre dream involving lion cubs about the size of Golden Retrievers with full manes that escaped and were running around the DLR parking structure.

I hate remembering my dreams cause it means I will wake up exhausted.

Is anybody bothering with Bats Day today? I can't decide if it's worth troubling myself for only a couple hours before work.

Maybe GC will whip up some bat wing soup?

I'm feeling far too happy lolling about nekkid in the curtain-filtered sunlight to bother throwing on black and braving crowds. No bats for me.

Won't the pug be jealous? ;)

I will unfortunately be skipping Bats Day for the first time since I started attending these soirees back in 2002 (gosh, has it been that long?). Me being the hypochondriac that I am and with the oink oink flu that is still out there for the time being I didn't want to take a chance of something bad happening. I know I'm worrying about nothing but being in a group of 1,000s of people, you never know.

To whoever does decide to make the trek to the Happiest Place on Earth today, hope you all have a GREAT time and try to get #700 for us at the Haunted Mansion this evening!
