Ooooh, gout- the King's disease. You didn't happen to read the "We're all Royalty' thread, did you? ;)

Seriously though, I know that's painful. Eric gets it on occasion and it's no fun. Tc of you, mister!!!!

Oooh, no more organ meat for you, should it turn out to be the gout. So much for your sweet bread and liver breakfasts.

I just got back from the Doctors too - I got to do a cardio treadmill test. Everything checked out fine, though my heart did throw in a few extra beats here and there and my bloodpresure was higher than they liked. The remedy of course is to loose some weight, "while I'm still young" - gotta love the flattery of the medical profession.

But the worst of this test is they had to shave portions of my chest to make the electrodes stick - so now I'm itching like crazy and look like I'm molting - sigh - can't wait for my hernia operation...

Glad all is well, and make sure they keep an eye on the blood pressure, etc. Nothing to mess with. But first,!!

I ws just looking at 'Who's Online' and noticed this:

Yahoo! Slurp Spider Viewing User Profile

Totally creeped me out. It's one thing if a spideys in someone else's profile, but not mine! I don't like spiders, even virtual ones. I wonder if it will try and e-mail me?

Just be careful when they add you to their buddy list

wendybeth 07-03-2006 11:48 PM

Lol! Now there's a spider reading this thread. I know they're not really spiders, but they still freak me out a teeny bit.......

I had a totally normal neurological exam yesterday - my new neurologist seems like an absolute gem.
