What story is this? |
The one from my childhood is something like this only much scarier.
|
This version made me laugh.

They made a movie out La Lollorona. I couldn't make it through the trailer. They used to show Lollorona on commercials in New Mexico when I was a kid to warn kids to stay out of the arroyos.

A recent Spanish language commercial for milk used La Lorronoa.

Don't drink milk or I will take you....Where's my chiiiiiiiildreeeeeeeen?

tracilicious ~ I hate to say it, but I think someone tried to get into the house. I talked to my father who was a police detective for the Honolulu Police Dept and he thinks the Great Dane scared someone off. He said it would be common for someone to leave the door open upon hearing/seeing the dogs, they bolted quick. Please use caution. As we heard with Betty's grandmother, crooks do try sh!tty things a second time. My dad always errs on the side of being super cautious and often tries to think like the person committing the crime.

That is pretty scary. I've already locked the main lock (we rarely use the front door, so it should stay that way for a while). I think I'll also start bringing a dane to the park, just for my own peace of mind. |
