Here's my gripe. I'm trying to do a Mail Merge from Excel to Word and the Zip Codes I entered are all previewing without the zeroes at the front. ie. 02155 is showing up as 2155. Grrrrrr....

I love Mail Merge.
I hate Mail Merge.

Try changing the cell format to number instead of zipcode.

They shouldnt be part of my food world either... but come to think of it, I have a rather large bag too. I'll dig it out and think of you.
I'd say send yours for when you're done... but what a pain... ;)
My co-workers love them. Open the bag and set it out in the open. They'll be gone in no time.

That changed 02155 into 2155.00. :D

I figured it out. I had to change the whole file from a .xls to a .csv. Bleh.

for the grumpy set, I highly recommend heading off to a batting cage.

theres just something about swinging a large club at something small, round and head shaped that makes me feel better.

Actually, just changing the zip code cells to "text" would have worked

Then you have to format to zero decimal places.
