I sure hope they are bright and that your pants are white. :p

That sent me into a coughing fit (which is not an unusual feat).

I need to remember to ask Ponine about Tub Resurfacing.

To do today:
Drug store
Repot plant
Make coffee (it's that kind of day)
Finish "On the road" (today, damnit)

Yeah, I aim low. :p

Oh, EH1812's To Do List --

Well, I meant to write something witty, or at least minimally humorous, but I just don't think that's happening.

If my To Do List were to talk to me, which I don't think she would -- we haven't been on speaking terms since that incident in November 2002 -- I think she'd tell me to go F myself, because I haven't paid her any attention. I made no attempts to reconcile, though I did o'pine the hours away fretting about what my To Do List might be doing, or who my To Do List might be hanging out with. I even checked up on my To Do List's LJ... Here, you can see it for yourself.

I don't know. Perhaps there's a chance to make things work... Hopefully they won't be empty words any longer...

Our To Do Lists could totally make-out and party together. LMFAO at this entire thing, you witty, witty lass.

blueerica 02-02-2005 07:20 PM

Yes, they'd totally hit it off... It could be a dangerous affair. They would run away and never visit us anymore!!

:D

Maybe that's not a bad thing.

Dear fellow to-do lists,

BTD continues to neglect me. I think someone should alert the ToDoList Protective Services department. She leaves me on her desk, alone cold and in the dark. She shoves me out of the way, and always puts everything else before me. I am alone, scared, battered and bruised. I keep hoping that one day she will pick me up and love me again but alas, I fear that day shall never come. Help me please.

Sincerely,

BTDs to-do list

On my work to do list:
Write five more annual performance reviews (seven already done)
Entertain KPMG auditor who pops into my cube on the hour, try not to tell him anything that will engage his auditor sensors

On my personal to do list:
Do every exercise the physical therapist has told me to do at home (yeah, that'll happen)
Write letter to oldest, dearest friend in response to her, uh, Christmas letter (it's February already?)
Clean and organize everything (I'm sorry, this one just makes me laugh)

What I am doing:
Sitting in bed with the laptop, drinking a glass of wine

Don't worry BTD...you can hang with me...My To Do List took out a Restraining Order after reading all the not nice things I said about it in my above post...and I spilt hot coffee on him yesterday morning...I can't go within 30 feet of him and must register my name as a To Do List Offender for the rest of my life.

Getting work done, at work, not at home. House looks worse for the wear, or worse than that.

Upside, I found clean panties.

Downside, I'm wearing mom hand-me-downs from the 80's and have gotten MORE compliments on this outfit than I have on any other in a good long while, and I SWEAR I look like someone's frumpy school marm today. That's just...it's wrong. It's hurtful. It totally f**king sucks.

My frump mom look is apparently more attractive than my hip, fresh unique look. Heh.

F**king fashion woes.
