Okay, here's my entry. I call it "If the Pilgrims landed in LA"

Today I am most thankful for my family, who are there no matter what happens and are always on my side, even if that means kicking my butt a little.

And that my wishbone streak continues, much to my brother's dismay.

Mine was much more mundane, and I'm thankful it's over.

I hope everyone here had a very great Thanksgiving.


I intend to hold gratitude much firmer in my spirit on a daily basis from now on. Thank you all for sharing your swank with us here on the LoT.

I'm thankful that only my graphics card is dead, and not the rest of my system...

Today I am most thankful that I still have my parents to annoy the crap out of me.

I'm thankful for our wonderful friends who dazzled us with a wonderful and tasty meal and those we got to share our day with. I'm also thankful to each and everyone who posts here and this wonderful place to post, each of which truly enriches my life. And most importantly, thanks to a wonderful partner who makes each day worthwhile and who I was fortunate enough to share our third anniversary with yesterday.

Now...must digest, must digest, too much food. And yet, a turkey sandwich is starting to sound good. Hmm...

I'm thankful for LoT, music, and books.

I'm thankful for hugs that offer connection and understanding.

I'm thankful for every moment I'm alive.

I'm thankful for the F word, as it makes emphatic sentences so much more interesting.

I'm thankful that I don't have to cook tomorrow.

I'm thankful for Black Friday in T-minus five hours.

Most of all, I'm thankful for the three people sleeping in my bed right now. Without them all would be futile.

Happy Thanksgiving - belated perhspas, but then again maybe somne of you are going on round two's like me today.
