Well, I was thinking about this problem more indepth.

There's a button that I forgot about on the monitor.

It has this symbol on it

Push it twice when you turn on the computer. Slowly count to 20 then push it one last time and the computer should be ready to use and no annoying startup screen.

I forgot to add, if you reboot the computer, push it once, count to 20 slowly then push it again. You should be good.

On the monitor? :p this thread may be full of Disney geeks who thought I was talking Splash Mtn but I am also an IT geek :p
