Chris Rock is doing great! :) |
I only was interested in seeing two things: the opening monologue and Morgan Freeman's win. Typical of me I got the time wrong and went out to eat at the Sushi restaurant next door to my building! About half way through my meal the waittress made a comment about the oscars and I said, "Oh oh!"
Ahhhhhh, Idon'tcare. My friend said that the monologue wasn't all that good. On the other hand, my dinner was pretty tasty, so that's OK. (Philadelphia roll -- so good!!) I'll watch the hi-lights later. |
I have to say I have no problem with having the noms on stage, and giving an award in the aisle. It gives the winners more time to talk. Did you know that the time they are allotted doesn't start when they get to the mike - it starts when the winner is announced? I'm sure they're happy they don't have to run down the aisle so they have time to thank their deceased mother.

OMG - could that woman's boobs be any bigger?

We're watching here...Chris Rock is doing better than I thought he would.
I like him..but I worried that they would tame him down so much he wouldn't be funny! I even laughed at his Bush jokes!(Don't tell the other Republicans! They'll kick me out of the club!) Forget the awards...let's dish on who's wearing what! Drew Barrymore- liked her dress...not sure on her dark hair! Renee Zeileweger -PUKE PUKE PUKE! Honey - wash that black outta your hair and eat a freakin' Twinkie! |
