I'm heading down, looks like the MC meat is the best place to find the few of us who didn't go out of town.

I just have to resolve to be patient for the hour of dithering before the crowd decides to do anything.

I saw GC today. Nobody else.

I just got back. Criminy, it was busy! We were there from 7-9, the subs and HMH were and hour and a half. Was this due in part to gay days, or just the Halloween Time crowd? we did see a lot of red ****s though, including one that read "What Would Walt Do?".

ThinKrisps, please :)

Gn2Dlnd 10-06-2007 11:22 PM

If you can make it to Larchmont Village tomorrow, 9ish to 2ish, you will find me AND my ThinKrisps!

At the Park I hung out with Chernamate, Al, GC, Super K, Leigh-Ann, Theo, and Mr. Matt TheatreTech. My red shirt read, "Spreading Pixie Dust Since 1962." Did the Mansion, which stopped right at the ballroom so we could have an extended view of the goings on. Saw lots of Mice Chatters heading towards the Cove Bar. Lots of random strangers just waving at each other, that's what's fun about wearing the red shirts. Didn't see a single scandalized straight family. In fact, I was complimented on my shirt by a dad with a family, and a mom pushing a grampa in a wheelchair! Didn't stay late, I have to be up too early for the market. I'm glad I went. I've been feeling pretty disconnected lately. Too many friends moving away, becoming ill, or otherwise becoming unavailable. I suppose that's life. Anyhow, I had fun, and it was great hanging out with people I like!

Oooopppssss!

I ment that to read SHIRTS. Red SHIRTS.

Yikes!

Sorry about that! I got up early to have a garage sale, quit by 3:00, and then went to DtD to see a movie, and to Disneyland to see the red SHIRTS. I got home at like 9:00. And I was dead tired. So, I forgot an R.

Was there today. Lighter crowd than I'm used to but maybe that's because of it being Sunday. Hung out with ABG and Cherny and a couple others, exhausted by 5 so most of us split.

Popped by the meet, but they were lunching at Zocalo and my budget simply wouldn't allow for it (especially for food I'm not super nuts about). But Taste Pilots was good. The kiosks are gone.
