I haven't gotten to the regenerators yet. My god RE4 is good on the Wii -- I was WAY too frustrated with the Gamecube version since I couldn't even get past the FIRST SET of villagers due to annoying aiming issues, so I never played past the first few screens.

HOWEVER.... I bought SUPER MARIO GALAXY the other day which you absolutely must get. It is SO addicting, SO much fun (parts are frustrating too of course, but that's normal Mario game play).

I've played SMG about 5 hours total now and it's an absolute must-own on the Wii. There's SO much to explore, the only reason I turn the dang thing off is when I need to go to sleep.

On the recommendation here of it being a good "regular" game for the Wii I got RE4. So far I am mostly enjoying it. But I still find the way I have to hold the Wii stick controller un-ergonomic. Especially since I tend to continue aiming with it even when there is no need. So eventually I am leaning in weird ways. But it works better for me than I would have expected.

One odd thing is that from PC gaming I am used to controlling movement with my left hand and aiming/firing with my right. This is fine for me since I am ambidextrous when it comes to mouse usgae. But this apparently does not extent to the Wii controller. I simply can not aim accurately with my right hand so I have to use the "stick" in my left and the nunchuck in my right.

But that is my own problem.

The only other weird things are

1) It has been a long time since I've played such a path limited game (that is you can't walk places because of invisible walls placed there by the game.

2) Over the should first person shooting is annoying.

Alex found out about some cover things for the wiimote that I think you get for free from Nintendo. Guess they're grippy and it's Nintendo's way of getting out of some liability. You might look into it.

I got them in the mail the other day, and actually I really like the grippies.

I think they did it in response to people dropping the Wiimote and breaking them (I mean DUH use the wrist strap, but whatever).

The only think I don't like about em is that I have to peel the bottom part a little upways or take it off entirely to charge the Wiimote (I have one of those Nyko rechargeable battery stands).

But it is cool that nintendo sent me 4 free ones in the mail, just like they did for the wrist strappies. You do it off of the website, just enter your Wii serial # and SHAZAM! a few weeks later you'll have your nifty covers.
