Hey, thanks to all of you! Thanks, Claire, for starting this! You did get the date right.

I had a great time but today it is back to reality so when I get the Boy off to school, take the sister out {today is her birthday} I will be back!

I so want to answer so many posts but the kid can't be late for school...again....

Boy. So, today is the 16th. And, the kid was late.

Anywho. Life is draining me. As I type away the termite inspector is up right above my freakin' out head in the attic poking around.

Anywho2.

So sorry to have missed you all. I was almost going to stand atop something during Fantasmic! and shout out 'It's me!! MouseWife!!' but the Hubsters' look told me to think twice about that.

Man, was it crowded that day or what? Probably not to you all who go frequently but me, I love rainy days and off days. I used to love rainy days and Mondays but that is another tune all together....

We barely rode any rides as the lines were too long. I did turn the Hubster on to those cool 'Single Rider' lines and he was totally jazzed about them. Whew. I thought I was going to have to keep him happy with just my charming personality. ;)

Did the 'Tower of Terror'. It wasn't as scary as I remember. Can it be that way? Not so rough some times than others?

Oh, the birthday sticker. I forgot I had it on and when CM's would say something it totally threw me. Once, when we were at the Tortilla Factory {real name escapes me} and we had just tried to sneak in the exit a security guard came up and I was like 'It was his idea! He did it!' {meaning the Hubster who is actually quite the rascal} and he laughed and said 'Happy Birthday, Joyce'. LOL Or when the girl at the White Water Snacks came up and said 'Happy Birthday, Joyce' and handed me a cookie {which I saved and gave to my son who we left at home in his lunch on Tuesday...} I was totally thrown. So, I am a big duh.

A lot of people were surprised that I actually put my age on it...Eh, no one would have believed 21.

Nice touch to walk in on Monday and have it come up on the turnstile screen. :)

The GC was great, as usual. Bummer that it was too crowded for early check-in. Okay, why does a hotel cost so much and you don't even get 24hrs.? Who ever made up that sort of deal?

It was a lot of fun to be there with just the Hubster and no kids. We ate churros, popcorn, ice cream when WE wanted to. Oh, and I had coffee too from Main Street. {we don't usually go nuts with snacks for ourselves, promoting good eating habits as well as trying to curb those spending habits, as well}.

So. I am still looking forward to spending the day with a bunch of Disney lovers running around the park. I used to love doing that when I was younger and damnit all, I am not that old!!

Thanks again to y'all for the birthday wishes and to everyone who also posted and gave me tips for a good time.
