I don't remember Chim-Chim, but hey- having someone you know in the movie would make it fun to watch.

I think they are trying to go after the baby-boomers when they make these movies from old cartoons. They hope they will say "Oh, I remember that cartoon! Let's go see the movie!!" $$Ca-ching!$$

The trailer for Speed Racer looks awful. And since I don't think I've ever seen any of the original cartoons that is probably enough to ensure I won't be seeing it unless the reviews are phenomenal.

I watched the trailer. Um...yeah. I'm not even picky and it looked bad.

I thought it looked like fun- almost cartoon but not quite.

It looks pretty but without any plot - much like the cartoon.
