I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist, but it seemed to me more that he was just using the moment to redeem himself in the eyes of the audience. "Aww, he's all mellowed 'cause he's having a baby." I don't see what he gains by pretending to ask to be kicked off, in terms of game play.

Of course, maybe he really has mellowed 'cause he's having a baby, but the whole thing just felt way too staged to me.

So after all that work to get everyone to vote for Mary, why did the big guy (Mike?) vote for the other girl? I mean, I could understand voting for Chet (that's the name of the guy who screwed them at the challenge, yes?) as that was the original plan and voting that way would let him pretend he was equally blind sided. It would also have been a good two way play: If he convinced enough people to vote Mary off, then fine, if not, then Plan A would have gone through.

But why vote for the chick?

Except that if I understood Mikey's waaaaay over thought "plan", all the guys were supposed to vote for Chet.

He kept losing me on that. I just remember 1 group was to vote for Tracy (?) and the other was to vote for Chet (who really does need to go).
