I believe my kilt is the a 9-yard long 18 or 20 ounce tartan. Some day, I may actually put it on.

I think the utilikilts are much more in keeping with the spirit of the original kilt than the Victorian flavor.

I've thought about getting a Sport Kilt myself, the kind that many of the Highland gamers wear. I'm not Scottish, but Manx, so there are no tartans for Manx (wish there was!), so I'm considering a tartan they've developed for California.
