The password is 123456.

I'll quickly convert the table to some friendlier Wiki code rather than the somewhat daunting HTML that is currently in there.

Please tell me you've had freshly caught trout (not store-bought) or at least trout from a restaurant not located on a river that caught it no less than a couple of hours before being cooked). Otherwise, I'll just have to disregard what you said.

That said, trout is one of my least favorite fish, simply because it turns bad (IMO) so quickly. The only alternative for most is to have smoked trout, and having grown up on a river with parents that offered to smoke everyone's catch of the day... smoked trout stands proudly as one of the few foods that on smell alone can induce nausea for me.

But fresh trout, grilled and seasoned lightly.

Wow.

I grew up fishing. I've eaten trout less than 30 minutes after it was caught.

There is no stage of death when trout makes good food.

Ive always been more of a catfish guy myself, but fish in general = :snap:

Except for sturgeon I tend to find most fresh water fish generally unpalatable (trout, bass, catfish, etc.). But trout is the only one I'd rather skip a meal than eat.

Thanks for the help!

I've never had trout before at all. I've only had salmon and catfish and love both...oh and mahi mahi is not bad either.

Chernabog 04-18-2007 04:10 PM

I'm in with the "trout is nasty" category. And I like fish.

Not Afraid 04-18-2007 04:49 PM

I love trout. But, I love food in general.
