For those that met Kara and Tracy at my NYE party, you may get the pleasure of meeting them again in Sequoia. :)

Me, too, on both counts.

I hate anything that swims. :( (Actually, it just grosses me out.)

Although, shrimp are an exception, but they cannot be wearing more than their tails.

oooh, which camp night will we be dining on shrimp?

Hmmm. That wouldn't be a bad appetizer to offer. After all, there are bags of pre-cooked frozen shrimp at TJ's that just need to be thawed and served with cocktail sauce......

Very tempting. ;)

I'm glad something is tempting. I find the thought of gourmet camp meals for 20 quite daunting.

Not Afraid 04-18-2007 09:05 PM

Nah, it's easy.

Well, maybe not easy, but doable.

innerSpaceman 04-18-2007 09:24 PM

Can't we just have the whole thing catered?

Not Afraid 04-18-2007 09:26 PM

Sure. You organize that part, OK?

Disneyphile 04-18-2007 09:50 PM

Actually, it's a hell of a lot easier than trying to coordinate 15-20 people to bring something for multiple meals, which would create chaos (too many cooks at once), and also leave us with too much leftover food, like a giant potluck.

With the "teams", it's much cheaper too. A really nice meal to feed 20 can be done for around $50-$60, divided by 4 campers, equals $12.50-$15 spent for FIVE full meals. Really not a bad deal at all. :)
