Well so far one adult has requested it. But I think I'm more inclined to leave it in trust for Theo.

Anyways, whilst I wait to see if any more requests come in ...

... the thrilling conclusion of The Bonita Effect is up on my el jay.

It's my second-to-last word on Fifty Five Fifty. (I'm awaiting a reply from Disney to my letter about the string of snafus we experienced at the Hotel - - a dark side of 55/50 we've thus far kept from our happy guests ... but I may post about that here on the LoT once I hear what they've got to say for themselves.)

I had that Lego pirate ship twenty years ago, and proudly kept it on my coffee table for a couple of years. One day, my then six-year-old nephew picked it up and pretended to fly it around the room a la Peter Pan (adorable) then crashed it to the ground. (not adorable) I gathered all the bricks and put them in a box, but by then, I had lost the bricking instructions that had come with the ship - I gave the box away several years after that to someone who thought they could figure out how to re-crate it. I don't think that ever happened. It is an amazingly lovely Lego ship. But, these days, I'm very tempted by the Lego Falling water.

I'm so sad Bonita Tower is gone, and so glad it went out in such style!

If I would have thought of it, it would have been a fitting salute yo the Lego Ship and the Bonita Falls to sail it off the edge of Horseshoe Falls to its watery doom. If I hadn't carefully deconstructed it, I would do it still. Alas, golden opportunity lost.

As the falls came to a crashing halt due to lego pieces stuck in the pump equipment......

Then Disney could blame closeing them all on you!

Giving them to Theo would be a terrific idea. It would be keeping them in the Family.

Wow, that's a hell of a write-up! I read the whole thing and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Erik wasn't the only one who remembered you talking about the magical suite across the way 5 years ago...GD and I also remember it well. To hear that you went through several ideas before landing on the Rather Sweet was surprising to me. It was definitely in the back of your head the whole time.

Yeah, I remember him saying something

What a write up! It was such an awesome party I think I'm still on a buzz.

Finally, we've overcome a computer issue - here is the quick walk-through video I took.

Hey, I was in that for 1/10th of a second.

I'm a movie star!! ;)

I love the wave in the mirror, Jen. Kinda hard to stay out of the shot when there's mirror on all sides, huh? :D

Thanks for posting it, and glad your 'puter probs are fixed!
