Oh, I eat crap all the time (including Taco Bell). I was just surprised that you did.

I hold you to a higher standard ;)

So, up until yesterday, I had never tried Goober - you know, the peanut butter and jelly in the same jar product. I have no idea what possessed me to buy it. Perhaps it was the brightly colored, almost circus-like label design. I don't know. I've been avoiding Goober all my life. It has always seemed like such a gimmicky item. And historically, I have always liked to have my PB and J strictly segregated on their respective bread slices until the very moment I shove them together. The idea of a little bit of peanut butter contaminating the jelly jar has, in the past, always horrified me. So, Goober ought to be absolutely the wrong thing for me.

But, I bought a jar. And to my astonishment, I like it. And it's SO convenient! Why did I wait so long!?

So, I've had at least six PBJ's in two days. Jar is more than half gone. Um, yikes.

Stories like this always reinforce my Adamsonian view of the universe. Although I am a bit concerned about when the construction fleet might show up.

Don't Panic!

I don't think I could eat something called Goober. Not that the concept interests me at all; I like my pb & j to be separate. Eaten on toast, but not together.

My dinner tonight will involve sausage.

We sacked out and went with the frozen chicken cordon bleu and potatoes.

But I have a pork loin wanting cooking. It also wants stuffing with garlic and rosemary.
