Are those two different things or one?

I am trying to envision how stepping on the scale makes you realize that you cannot get out of a visit to the in-laws.

I kid you not; that is how I first read that.

That's why commas are our friends.

Just for my Kevy:

You forgot: 1) stepping on the scale at the doctor's office and 2) the realization you cannot get out of a visit to the in-laws.

Now, Kevy, let's go get Dairy Queen. It's on you.

Why, Kevy. Befouling an ice cream parlor violates Section 987, subsection 828R of the Wisconsin Stats. Combine that with a use-of-margarine and you're looking at 5 to 7.

That shawl really turned out beautiful! What a great job you did. :)

At first I thought "wow, your sis looks good for 50!", and then I read on....

She actually does but yeah, that's a kid in the photo. Thanks for the nice works, all.

So. Matt the World's Best Plumber is here doing major surgery on an old pipe. He thinks I'm hung over.

Yeah, I'm wearing sunglasses inside at 10:30 a.m. and my speech is a little slurry but it's a migraine, I swear!
