Helen is being modest here. The pictures posted in her avatar and other places are just designed to throw everyone off. She is better known as

Xavier Hollander, author of the book, The Happy Hooker.

One day, you must tell us your nom de plume, Helen. Don't wait until your deathbed! ;)

Writing directly to their Customer Care VP is the only thing that worked for me. The aggravation of dealing with their Customer Service line was taking years off my life.

Haven't been able to go off roading in weeks... months even now that I think about it, due to lack of a spare tire. That was replaced yesterday and today we spent a lovely day up in Big Bear geocaching. We're not very good at that but still had a great time.

It was sooooo foggy going up the hill and there were so many bicyclists going up the hill at the same time. Not sure what the event was but there definitely was one. I wish they would all ride single file up the hill. I realize they can't always do this - especially when they want to pass the bike in front of them - but it's freaks me out on that little narrow road with heavy heavy fog and WATCH OUT, there's one right in the middle of the road!!!

Besides that though, it was great!

Just go back, took a shower, and am lounging by myself while the rest of the family went to the grocery store. :)
