Ewwww, I hate pincher bugs! I think it's gross when there are 10 of them under a planter. I don't want to think of what you wrote

Not only was her dancing terrific, I was so tickled by the fact that she was doing a Disneyland-ish striptease that I thought I might be hallucinating.

Which leads me to the realization that a full Disneyland-themed burlesque show would be FANTASTIC.

This happens every March. Maybe next year?

Hahaha, it turns out that the gorgeous girl who did the Big Thunder routine actually originated it at Burlesqueland. (I figured that out thanks to your list.)

OC Weekly has photos of her tease.

I take this back. You have no idea how gross they are until you've seen them all over the living room carpet and front door at 2:30 am when you get up to pee.

I vaccuumed them up and then went on a hunt and found some more under the table. Nothing like the 100-200 around the front door though. I need to get a new seal for around the front door... and stop typing about this as it's giving me the creeps and chills - literally had a that chill go up the spine thing. blech. ew ew ew.

Ew ew ew!

I've read that they don't transmit disease and they don't crawl in your ear and lay eggs (as my husband was sure they did!) but that doesn't help.

The birds, which seem to love to eat them, aren't out at night when they are. I'm afraid to spray chemicals with 2 chihuahua's and a kitty.

I think I'll walk around with some caulk and see if I can't seal up any cracks they may be hiding in. But yes. ew ew ew.

Get some Diamatecous Earth. That will kill them and it isn't toxic to humans and pets - just exoskeletons!

Betty 05-09-2011 09:53 AM

Excellent! I will do just that.
Thanks!

I'm amused that conversations about burlesque (thanks for the pic site, LSPE!) and earwigs are overlapping.
