If you're building muscle, you may not notice a drop in weight. You will notice a difference in measurements though.

Soooo... I received a friend request on Facebook from a HS friend I haven't heard from in over 20 years. It seems that he has become a semi-famous musician in the interim. Interesting.

I do not regret the decision to get my hair done yesterday. I felt more confident, looked good, etc. :)
