Sure!

It's a pretty house and it'd be great for hosting parties, but there's no way in hell would I want to live in it. I need my privacy.

The property is fenced and gated, and has a couple acres of trees between the house the road. Privacy shouldn't be an issue.

There better be an elevator hidden somewhere. I ain't climbing 10 stories of stairs to find a book!
