Actually, if someone actually built one of these things and installed it in a courtyard of a Vegas casino or something I'd probably spend a long time happily watching it. Maybe a giant one replacing the fountains at the Bellagio.

Damn, that's cool. I can't imagine how much extra effort it would take to animate this accurately; as I understand it, it's hard to even animate an accurate piano playing.
