We had ham last night, and are having prime rib today. I'm not a big prime rib fan, but everyone else loves it.

WTF is with prime rib?!?

Rose and her family had it for dinner last night, and that was what the free lunch at work today was.

I hate prime rib.

Good! More for me!

(A good prime rib is a religious experience.)

MMm... fun Christmas. Got to talk to just about everyone in my family. Ate some ham. Made my best scalloped potatoes in high altitude yet (somehow, I've screwed up some facet every time I've tried up here). Tried to go up to the slopes, but found ourselves in some nasty weather, so we turned around and headed home in the hopes to find some movie times. Then we went to watch Valkyrie.

All in all, a good day. Now I need to think about how safe it might be to go into work tomorrow. I'm not really into the idea of driving in the snow, but there's so much to do. :(

You have to worktomorrw? Quelle suckage!

How was Valkyrie?

Send me some scalloped potatos!

I'll trade some paella!

Memo to self - 18 lb turkey is 1. too much for one person and 2. does not really fit into my roasting rack causing a virtual grease fest in my oven.

Prime rib is --- The Cow dies, is sliced up and served with a brown sauce.

Ham, scalloped potatoes, peas, and presents.

All in all, a good Christmas.

Yes... though I think I'm going to try and figure out what I can do from home to avoid too early a drive into work. Bleh. This is looking dangerous... I might just call in "dangerous". Oooh, that sounds like more fun than bad weather is...

And paella... yummm!

Scalloped potatoes... Hmmm, I am thinking I'm starting a new tradition for myself.

Mmm...
