NA - No one should ask me about the surgury - especially if you are a boy.
My mom's favorite cat just had the surgery done and seems to be doing well. He/it has the radar-collar off now and is much happier.

When he/it came home from the vet, my mom was so excited. She said "Do you want to see?" - holding him/it up with his/its rump toward my face. Shaved cat skin and stitches everywhere. "Not really, thanks" was my response.

I have heard and seen as much about the surgery as I would like. More.

Good luck with both of your ailing buddies and know that my mom sends special crazy-cat-lady prayers to them. Being an a-theistic cat lover, I wish them and you the best.

So, it is 7:27 and I have been at work since 7. My boss is not here yet. He sent an email saying he would be here at 8. Would have been nice of him to call.

So, my career counselor wants me to consider a federal clerkship. This both excites and terrifies me. If I ever want to be a judge or do politics (some might say that's repetative), it would be a GREAT move. It would mean putting off the big bucks for another year, but possibly bigger bucks, with better connections, upon completion. And the work is, in many ways, similar to what I did in my old job - but transfered to the legal world.

But it would almost certainly involve moving. Which is it's own bit of thrill/terrify. I've been wanting to move because I don't want to live my life in the same place, but moving away from my family? That's going to be tough.

Nope, the swelling is still present.

I'm at work. I'm working. But I'm so not here today.
I keep thinking about the new job, Ralphie going on a submarine, my bestest friend's wedding, my trip to LA... Each comes with its own set of emotions... Excited about the new job, nervous about Ralphie's deep sea exploration, very happy for my best friend, thrilled to be going on vacation and seeing friends...
Can't focus...

Reminds me of the other day.

I woke up and told the Hubster 'G'night'. Then I asked how Josh was {our dogs name is Sam...} I said a whole bunch of other things bass-ackwards. He told me to stay home. LOL I didn't. I survived it.

I did almost get into a car accident but it totally wasn't my fault.

I have a headache today.

I am here making up not one but two vacations. And, considering dates on a third.

{one of those is our Yosemite trip...I think it isn't going to jive with anyones on here...mid March.....this year we actually were snowed in...it was awesome....but, no major hikes, etc. even though we did hike in snow and while it was snowing....}

{would you believe only one cup of coffee????}
