Still in the office. Trials suck up all my free time - luckily, there are only 4-8 per year.

Oops!!! I almost forgot. I went to the interview today. It is for the office coordinator for Ironwood Communications (Direct TV). I was 1 of 38 people being interviewed, so I don't rate my chances that high. The downside is that I would be required to work Saturdays, but get a day off during the week (for claw appointments). The upside would be that I would get free Direct TV, which David wants for the motorhome (that we never use) and Nickolas would love for his room (he has no tv access, just dvds and video games). The more I think about it the more I want it.

Oh, and it looks like I get to go to Nick's school in the morning to talk to the principal. He is having problems with kids in his class poking him with erasers when they are doing deskwork. He tried to talk to his teacher and she told him it was all in his head and put his name on the board. I had him ask her to call me today, she didn't. The more I think about it, the more it ticks me off. I also am going to try to talk to the school counselor to see if he can continue seeing her this school year. When he has only had 3 days of school and has come home upset 2 of those days, something is seriously wrong.

I have offically blown any chance I had of sleeping tonight. I turned on the big patio light when I went to have a ciggie at 10. David moved the golfcart into the patio so that he and Nickolas can work on it. It had some webs, so I got out my trusty can of heavy duty Raid. At last count there were 8 black corpses hanging from it, or on the ground around it. Since I was on a roll I got out a flash light and found 5 more in the dark areas around the patio. It is nice that the boys have all of their little projects, and that Nickolas is taking a more active roll in restoring these projects, but they all seem to be black widow magnets.

They have piss bottles on board. However, Ralphie can't even pee in front of me...

Dogs off to sitter. Newspapers cancelled. Batteries charged. Clothing packed. Boarding passes printed.
