I called the vet. It's time. We're taking her in in an hour. She so desparetly wants to get back outside. I know that she justs wants to die. This is so hard a dicision to make but, Chris is here and we both think that she wants to go. She doesn't need to suffer any longer.

Oh my goodness! I hadn't checked the boards all day... Reading through this has made me panicked, and now I'm sad. I'm glad I got to see her last night. She didn't look well, and I want her to be better, no more suffering for little Lyra. I'll always remember her funny meow, hanging out in the kitchen, lapping up water, her scrunchy face.
