You have to pretend that you're going to order them.

Go here
Select Auto for type of vehicle and Yes for whether you own it.
Select any of the plate designs and then click next.

On that page you can enter what you are looking for. When you submit that it will tell you whether the text is available.

Despite my intense hatred for that particular piece of music I promise not to rear end Disneyphile should I ever find myself driving behind that plate.

I saw this one in Utah once: WWWDD.

I have no way to know for sure but I am sticking to my interpretation.
