Saturday's forecast for San Diego is partially cloudy with a high of 56. So, definitely no water rides.

We just checked in to the hotel - trying to decide what to do this evening. It's warmer down here than in LA.

If you can locate "Case De Pico" they have awesome mexican food. They used to be in Old TOwn but moved somewhere else.

Also, the Gaslamp district has great atmosphere. Movie theatre, bars and eateries.

Oh man, this must be that yesterday you were in San Diego. Downtown?

I almost went to dinner in Old Town, the old 'Casa de Bandini' or 'Acapulco'.

But, instead we went to the Hard Rock Cafe.

Oh, and I am so happy to say they finally have Soundgarden items on display. I had complained before 'How can you have the Partridge Family but not Soundgarden at the Hard Rock Cafe????' {oh and I do love the Partridge Family....}

We spent the day in Balboa Park today. I finally got to hear the Spreckels Organ!

I was going to say it was probably not so crowded at the park and how nice it must have been but then I saw on the news people being interviewed and it was crowded {seemingly} in the Gaslamp and some didn't even know there was a game or could have cared less!!!

I hope you had a great weekend in town. :)

Wait, how was Sea World?

I guess! I looked back at the average temperature and no way was it near that. Plus, being by the water?

What did you like about the park?
