I've never been to an In-N-Out.

You need to leave the resort the next time you are out here.

Yes, you must!

I hear that the burgers at Village Haus are just as good as In & Out.

I could give up eating red meat if In N Out did not exist. Happily it does so I allow myself the indulgence once in a great while. It's the only fast food place I go near any more.

We left the resort last time we were there! We just didn't go get hamburgers.

Traci already stated that this is incorrect, but I'll go one further. If your mom was willing to take her amino acids in capsule form, she could certainly have remained vegan. As so amusingly referenced above, Tom can only get his amino acids that way.

Sorry, I missed that.

And I was mistaken also. Essential Amino Acids are ones that the human body cannot make, and all of these can be obtained from plants. My bad. Essential Amino Acids

The one thing we cannot get from plants that is in meat is cholesterol.

And a big bold resounding yep! I'm really glad you did post that, because when I went back to read my original post I thought, "I should have added that I have ordered my fries well-done!" (By the way, hi Erica! :))

Only twice have they been served to me crispy crunchy golden. Every other time? Flaccid and still lifeless. Like a bunch of little stud spud erections gone wrong. I guess my frenching fries just aren't that into me. Honestly? I don't like french fries unless they are crunchy crispy golden. And smothered in ketchup. :) There is a place called Fresh Works in Valencia that is the absolute diggity. My boyfriend is friendly with the owner, so he always sends us home with bagfuls of goodies. His french fries are always so crispy and covered in seasoning salt! And his homemade potato chips? Holy cow! I usually don't care for either anywhere else, but there they are the total exception! I wish I could share them through the computer (if I actually had some!)

I'm happy you enjoyed your burger, Traci! Will you continue eating meat in general?
