Is it just me, or does Cartoon Boy look Jewish?

I'm trying to figure out who cartoon boy is, too. I figure he's some sort of cross between a bunch of hunks.

I have three different books of Disney sheet music, and all of them contain "abbreviated" versions of the song, all conveniently not including that verse.
