What's for dinner? A handful of little cheese crackers from Trader Joe's in the shape of Toucans. A few almonds. A baby Butterfinger.

Can you tell I'm not a big fan of meals? Snacks ahoy!
:D

Since dinner was early and it was tomato soup (had to do *something* to deal with a gazpacho craving, and sadly, though I love tomato soup, it just didn't cut it), I just had an apricot and some cottage cheese.

You must share then. Other then sticking them on the grill - how did you prepare them?

I was going to apologize, but hey, you started it.

I'd share, but you're too far away.

I recently saw a cookbook that had a "recipe" for Iceberg wedges with thousand island dressing.

That's quite the departure from the traditional wedge "salad" with blue cheese. Took a real visionary to come up with that one.

Tonight will likely be the last of my Indian food leftovers. :)

Not sure about the main course tonight, but the veggie is baby artichokes roasted with garlic and lemon, I love artichoke season!

Evil woman. I'm really missing artichokes right now. (Braces).

Stroganoff and asparagus tonight.

Ooh, artichokes would be awful to one with braces. How about having just hearts, WB? Those tossed with olive oil, salt and lemon would be good (and not hard on the braces) Trader joe's has some nice baby chokes in the freezer section, I think you could get by. Of course, they're not fresh, but in a pinch, they're more than good enough.

Stoganoff, YUM, I have not had that in years.

I think I may have to make some artichoke dip, Snow. Good idea!
