H and Aud... makes me want to make yet ANOTHER trek to SoCal to camp out with you. This year we can watch Hairspray before standing in line instead of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!

I can't wait for the new book. The library has been doing a ton of publicity for it. I'm giddy!

I too wish I were in SoCal for the opening. I have a decided lack of HP friends here. I'm pondering going alone, but I'm not thrilled at the prospect.

I have my copy of the book and my "Complementary Stuffed Hedwig" on order from Borders. :D

I also have tickets for OOTP both in the Gold Class Cinema (Bonbons and Champagne, anyone) and IMAX ordered (different days, of course)

For the book five release, we dressed Indi up as Hedwig (he was around nine months old). He won the costume contest at Borders. I got a $10 gift card.

Awww, I miss those days. Tori had to dress up every opening night for LOTR and HP. She went as Eowyn on the ROTK opening night, and she was so cute. She had a beautiful medieval dress her grandma had made, a sword and at the time had long, flowing blond/brown curls that reached her derriere. She really looked like a mini-Eowyn, and everyone knew who she was supposed to be.

That's a good idea! It'd be fun to have a dining meet about a week after the release so we can all discuss the book!

Yes. you mean, naturally, an ONLINE dining conference meet so everyone can participate. I will, of course, be having something with Bacon. And a nice Chianti.

We'll have to start a spoileriffic thread... gonna be too much to discuss to put spoiler tags on everything.
