I'm thankful I only have to go today...

I lurk around here more than I post, but I just wanted you all to know how thankful I am for all the friends I have made and for all the awesome times I have had thanx to the LoT :) You guys are rad.

Really? What is it, the food, the company, or all the commotion and bustle? Just curious...


I had a pretty good one. I overcooked the turkey a little, but I use a plastic cooking bag and let it rest before carving then put basting juices over it so it wasn't too dry. I also forgot to put sugar in the pumpkin pies! :eek: But the hot apple pie a la mode with caramel sauce was my savior.

All in all it was great!

Now I'm starting to do my Christmas display, I have quite the plans this year. Perhaps I'll have to figure out how to post a video on YouTube! ;)

The chocolate pecan pie with caramel sauce was a winner. I have a smidgen of leftovers. Too bad there's no one here to share them with...
