I love the trend back to wide leg pants. If I were to shop today it would a pair of wide leg pants with a higher waist, a fitted sweater or a pretty blouse with a straight hem and some stitching detail and a pair of ankle strap wedges with about a 2 inch heel.

That's sounds fabulous, and works well with you being all tall and stuff.

I've crossed the threshold werein I can't wear wide legs pants, but in smaller days I do remember liking them, in spite of being too short for the look. I love ankle strap shoes, particularly mary janes (see previous posts)
