I kept saying that it must have been confusing for the people Mike was trying to convince. "Wait, vote for the Mary? But I thought we weren't voting for Chet."

LOL!!!

I have nothing against his being gay, but even if he were straight, I don't think I would care for him.

Ghoulish Delight 02-15-2008 12:41 PM

It has nothing to do with his sexuality, it has to do with being an idiot, volunteering to do the swimming part of the challenge while being incapable of diving under water. Umm, 'tard.

Even Nick (half-asleep) was yelling at the TV for him to get out of the water.

Awww, Yao-man. Sad.

I'm confused on where Ami stands. She's part of Pinter's alliance, but she seems to be involved in the couples' alliance as she was always there during their conversations. But it's not like they were counting her as a vote, otherwise they wouldn't have needed to get Cerie. So what gives? Meanwhile, she ended up voting for Cerie. Best I can figure that was to spoil Johnathan's hope that 4 votes for Parvati would be enough if the couples split their votes, but why would she do that? Is she just trying to stay neutral? It's not like she's hiding the fact that she's talking to both sides and trading information. Bizarre.

Can't. Stand. Cerie.

Ghoulish Delight 02-22-2008 09:57 AM

I love Cerie. She knows how to take control of the game.

I really thought that was a stupid move. Sure, his intelligence and likability is a threat down the road, but that intelligence is also a heck of an asset at this stage of the game. Not all of the challenges are physical and Yao-man has proven himself to be great at things like puzzles and such. Not to mention that it was he that first sunk a coconut. Hell, he is the reason they have fire. Parvati, on the other hand, is basically useless.

Parvati makes me ill. Sad to see Yau man go. Was surprised that the challengers won the inmmunity. That fire fighter guy may not be as defined as James, but he must be pretty strong.

But why vote for the chick?

I figure it's so he can honestly say he did not vote for Mary.
