I guess that argues against this being a secret anti-satellite test.

What good would an anti-sat system that only works in good weather be?

Unless that's just what they want us to think....


(Of course we all know the real reason is that they figured out it's during a total lunar eclipse which would allow for people getting better pictures and they don't want that...... )
