Dawned on me....we have NO SHADE in our front yard!

Anyone have one of those tarp thingys to give us sellers some shade?

I have an EZ-up that I plan on using over the cash table. ;)

Also, I do have some tarps to display more stuff on the lawn if needed.

Oh, and I'm going to make up a flyer and can send the file to anyone who wants to print some for their work break room, etc. I'd like to list some of what we're all selling. So, does anyone have specifics like furniture, art, cookware, etc.? I already figured that clothing is one of 'em.

And, I will also need the specific hours that the sale will be open.

I'm thinking let's only do 1 day...August 16th and have it run from 7AM until 3PM.

Since just one day, how about 'til 4 or 5? It's your home, so the final decision is yours, but there are sometimes latecomers.

Ok, just spoke to Wolfy.

We're doing it on Saturday only from 7am-3pm, with the option of running later if customers are still coming.

Please bring a dish or snacks to share and your own drinks (a cooler and ice will be provided). We'll have a nice little potluck buffet set up all day in the kitchen for the sellers.

Also, if you have any collectibles that you wish to sell, but don't want them handled much, Wolfy is offering an inside table for display upon customer request. A sign will be posted on the EZ-up that reads, "More collectibles available inside, viewable by request."

For anything that doesn't sell and you don't want to haul back, a donation pick-up will be scheduled.

We've been cleaning closets here. Mostly Maddy's clothes so far but I'll get to the better stuff next weekend.

Any general guidelines on pricing?

Whatever you think you can get.....? People are cheap, keep that in mind.
