I was taking a midterm... and then realized I rarely post here much at all anyway.

I was reading. New vampire romance series...2nd book...many more to go...can't stop until they're read...

I was at a movie premiere.

I woke up this morning - still dead.

I noticed it was slow for the past couple of weeks, but it seems like we're back on track for another busy posting season.

My laptop was in my car

I poured most of a tall glass of ice water on my Mac.

(ripped the MagSafe connector out and pulled the battery within seconds, got as much water out as I could then went over it with a hair dryer on "cool" for an hour or so and then let it air-dry overnight -- it's fine now. sigh.)
