I'll also be bringing an extra pillow (and I'm sure Bill will too). We're also bringing our own towels. Just in case.
Oh... while I'm thinking of it... Does anyone have a large glass or earthenware mixing bowl (no metal or plastic!) they can bring? I'll need at least one more for the sourdoughs. Does this place have a large griddle? |
I will be bringing a large bowl - ceramic - that would be perfect for bread. I won't be needing it after Friday night.
I am thinking about bringing my very large iron skillet. It is a very useful piece of cookware. I also will probably be bringing a good knife. So, how are we doing on lunch stuff? Steve/Keith - have you contributed to the food? I'm also not paying attention to alcohol. You guys are on your own on that front. I, however, will be bringing a case of fuzzy water. |
Dont forget beanies, gloves,a few pair in case they get wet.
Also, in the kitchen, cutting boards? We take a large rubbermaid container with all of the supplies/food we can fit and they slip along the side. Can opener? {just in case} Ziplocks? Extension cords? Just to make sure things are convenient. Dishsoap? |

Good call, MS!
My Bro and SIL may be joining us for dinner one night. I don't know which night yet so I can't forewarn whoever is on for dinner that night. If this is a problem , please let me know. The good thing is, if they come up, they will bring Thurston. The bad news is, they will have to take him back home and I will probably cry. |

Seriously, I don't plan on being at the cabin during lunch time, and lunch is all that's left. So let's do lunch at the Ahwahnee one day. My treat. |
