It looks like the Bisquick version that was so popular in the 70's. My Mom made far too many of those!

Looking at that led me to this recipe at the bottom of the page. Holy crap, I've gotta try that!

I used to make a version of that with hamburger and a little something else on it - thousand island dressing perhaps? .. we called it big mac pie.

Funny how you make recipes and then suddenly don't make them anymore... then all of a sudden you remember you know how to make that too. I get in a rut with cooking the same old things over and over again.
