I'm homeless, so I don't have a living room.

Drop off the dog at the kennel. Drive to Vegas. Lots of time with family. Show at MGM. Food- lots and lots of food. Strippers. Drive home. Pick up dog (with a slight cough and having rolled in something stinky).

Bathe dog. Food for dog and cat. Food for husband. Food for me.

Settle husband in bed. Give attention to cat. Food for me. Try to keep dog from shivering by wrapping her in a towel but she keeps shaking it off. Hound, you're shivering. Hold still.

Husband is settled. Cat in cat-tower is settled. Hound is finally settled and not shivering.

Do I get to settle down sometime soon? I certainly hope so. I'm ready to settle down but my body and mind seem to disagree.

sooo, I just checked my old yahoo address. I haven't used it for years, mainly because the spam got out of control. I still check it occasionally to see if anyone has tried to contact me.

The first email I see has the subject line - "Be Like Ron Jeremy!"

You know, all things considered, I think I'll take a raincheck on that. I've never had to shave my back before and I see no need to start now. Thanks for thinking of me though.

Cute baby, GD!!!!:)

A special shout-out to GC for his holiday gift to us us the PNW- we got a breather between storms (so far, we've beat the December records for snowfall and are on track for a yearly record) and a mini 'Pineapple Express' is melting some of the 4 plus feet of snow we have. I can actually see my driveway! It's nearly 40 degrees, and even though I know it won't last it's a nice respite from the North Pole situation we have going.
