After hearing all these stories about casts and the like, I feel gypped that I never got one. (or perhaps lucky that I never injured myself seriously enough to get one)

The only bone I ever broke was in 4th grade, when I broke my pinky finger. But, the way I broke it was kinda cool...if you consider that I had it smashed by a kid who whipped a bowling ball right at my hand.

Ralphie's undersea adventure postponed to next week. He will let me know exact dates. They did send a sub down to pick up experiments at the bottom of the ocean though. They have live animals (deep sea tube worms) on board now.

I am sitting here, dressed and almost ready to go to another job interview. I feel a bit cheated with my last one...I came in 2nd for the job with Direct TV. This one is for CleanSource as a CSR. The only good thing I can say is that at least the interviews I have been going to have been on my side of town, within 10 mins from my house.

Sooo...the phone rings yesterday, Office Team, one of the temp services I am signed up with calls. They have a 1 day job for me...for TODAY!!

I have decided that temp services have impeccable timing. The other service I am signed up with called me for a job while I was on assignment with Office Team. When I told them I was unavailable due to another assignment they got so ticked that they haven't called me since.

Has he visited the Maritime Museum in Astoria? It's a good one.

Eric's grandpa has some stuff in there- he was a sea captain around the turn of the century.

There is a large moth on the floor of the women's restroom. And by large I mean approximately 1.5 inches long. It's a large moth.

Is it alive? If so, step away slowly...and watch out for sudden attacks...

It didn't seem particularly dead, but neither did it seem the slightest bit concerned with me and whatever business I might have to conduct in there.
