I bet I can beat your landlord. At the last house we lived in, the owner sold the house WITHOUT TELLING US. The new owner showed up one day and said he wanted to be in within a couple of weeks.

It was 45 or so days and a lot of headaches for the previous owner before the new owner could get in.
