I'm at work, marvelling at how quickly Friday has come around again. Miraculous, really. I love Fridays:)

We get raisins and prunes, but no cute name for dried apricots or apples? Where's the justice?

Dried Plums does sound a bit swankier than Prunes ...but your right...why is a "Dried Plum" a "Prune" and a "Dried Grape" a "Raisin"...but a "Dried Apricot" is still just a "Dried Apricot"..hmm...

Maybe we can come up with swanky names for dried fruits...we could start a Dried Fruit Revolution....
