Grilled London broil that has been marinating all day topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a reduction of the marinade over that and corn cooked on the bbq. With either Stella or red wine.

Yum!

I'm making a rice salad based on the recipe for Spicy Wehani with Cashews. After the rice, onion, garlic, and spices are cooked per their directions, I add some chopped green pepper for crunch and some raisins for sweet. Serve at room temp. It's mahhhvelous.

Grilling up some New York steaks and serving with Baked Beans and Coleslaw. It's been a while since the Wolfpack has been able to afford real steaks. This will be a nice change from Hamburger creations!

Spiedies!

In-n-Out, because neither Alex nor I are in much of a mood to cook.

Filet Steak marinated in red woine, served on a Truffled Potato Rosti with a red woine reduction.

Since you spelled it the same way twice it's either intentional or you've been drinking too much of the woine.

That's how the girls on "Kath & Kim" pronounce it. :D

Tonight will be oven roasted chicken flavored with garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon and pepper. With roasted potatoes, carrots and two little artichokes all cleaned up along with it and some sort of sauce from the drippings and some chicken stock.

And some french bread from Fresh and Easy.

For dessert, a little key lime pie also from Fresh and Easy.

Have you been there? We went and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Pretty good! We had a pot roast from there the other night and it was really tasty.

Yesterday was Susan's AWESOME spaghetti with a friend's Caesar salad. Saturday was feast night, so I got to sample many different things. Friday - well, let's just not bring that up.

BTW: we were at Potrero War again this weekend.
