Well, unless it is a common occurrence he probably felt about as bad as I did the time at work I made a joke about the (unknown to me) recently deceased infant of a coworker.

The quote probably meant released into the storm drains but I also wonder how many look at that and wonder why the story doesn't mention the green ink.
